Construction of the Chinese version of recommending cardiac rehabilitation scale and its test of reliability and validity
Objective To translate the English version of recommending cardiac rehabilitation(CR)scale(Re-CaRe)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity.Method After obtaining authorization from the auther of the original scale,ReCaRe was Chineseized through the Brislin translation model.After expert cultural adjustment,80 medical professionals'were selected for pre-experiment,and the Chinese version of ReCaRe(C-ReCaRe)was formed after synthesis.Purpose sampling method was adopted to select 280 medical professionals'from 18 hospitals from October 2022 to January 2023 for investigation.After 6 weeks,30 of them were retested and the questionnaire data was collected for analysis.Results(1)A total of 280 medical professionals'agreed to accept the survey,with the completion rate of 100％;Actually,266 valid questionnaires were collected,and the test efficiency was 95％;The completion time of the scale was 1-5 min.(2)The decision value of the high and low groups was 3.984-6.723(P＜0.01);The correlation coefficient r between each item score and the total score of the scale was 0.523-0.706(P＜0.01).(3)The Cronbach's of the total scale was 0.930,the half-reliability of the total scale was 0.789,and the half-reliability of each dimension was 0.806-0.905;The test-retest reliability of the total scale was 0.901;The test-retest reliability of each dimension was 0.733-0.964(P＜0.01);The correlation coefficient between the scores of each dimension was 0.893-0.950.(4)The content validity of the average scale level was 0.945,and the content validity of item level was 0.902-0.974;Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 83.940％,and fully standardized factor loading values was 0.751-0.936(P＜0.01);The combined reliability CR was 0.865-0.924;The average variance extraction was AVE 0.633-0.763;The correlation coefficient of each factor was 0.482-0.677.Conclusions C-ReCaRe has good reliability and validity,which can be used as an effective measurement tool for evaluating the recommendation of Chinese medical profession-als'for cardiac rehabilitation.
