危重症患者口渴不适的现状分析及研究进展

摘要
近年来患者口渴不适的现状受到越来越多学者的重视,特别是危重症患者口渴不适的现象更加普遍,为了减轻患者口渴不适的症状,促进患者康复,学者们展开了多项研究.本文从危重症患者口渴不适的现状、发生机制、相关因素、主观和客观评估法以及干预措施等方面进行综述,为解决危重症患者口渴问题提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,the current situation of thirst discomfort in patients had attracted more and more at-tention from scholars,especially in critical care patients.In order to alleviate the symptoms of thirst discomfort in pa-tients and promote their recovery,scholars had conducted multiple studies.This article will review the current situa-tion,pathogenesis,related factors,subjective and objective evaluation methods,and intervention measures of thirst discomfort in critically ill patients,so as to provide reference for solving the problem of thirst in critically ill pa-tients.
