Scoping review of narrative nursing in patients with breast neoplasm
Objective To systematically analyze the relevant research on the application of narrative nursing in breast cancer patients,and analyze the specific process,application elements,application methods,outcome indica-tors,effects and existing deficiencies of narrative nursing.Methods According to the methodological framework of the scoping review,the literature data of PubMed,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang,and other databases were systematically searched from the establishment of database to 9 February 2023.The data included in the literature was screened,collected,summarized,analyzed and reported their results.Results A total of 18 articles and 2,342 breast cancer pa-tients were included,and the intervention forms were mainly face-to-face interviews and telephone follow-up narra-tive interventions,and 5 core technologies of narrative nursing were mostly applied to narrative intervene.Outcome measures included post-traumatic growth,cancer-induced fatigue,and psychosocial adaptability,which were mainly related to patients'psychology.Most of the practitioners were trained in narrative nursing,and the narrative team members were mainly clinical nurses.Conclusion Narrative care has obvious effect on improving the psychological state of breast cancer patients.In the future,it is necessary to explore standardized narrative nursing strategies,uni-fy and effective implementation processes,standardize narrative nursing evaluation standards,and form a mature narrative nursing clinical practice system.
