基于Web of Science的环境智能在老年照护领域应用的可视化分析

摘要
目的 探讨国内外环境智能技术在老年照护领域应用的研究现状及热点,为我国学者进一步开展环境智能在老年照护领域的相关研究提供参考.方法 检索从建库至2022年11月20日Web of Science核心数据库中关于环境智能在老年照护领域的相关文献,应用CiteSpace 6.1绘制研究作者、机构、国家合作图谱和关键词、突现词等可视化图谱.结果 共纳入450篇文献,年发文量呈缓慢增长趋势;作者之间合作密切,但机构合作网络相对分散;发达国家间合作较多;研究热点主要集中在环境智能的机器深度学习、识别与监测功能、环境辅助生活方面,研究对象主要为患失智症及慢性病的老年人.结论 环境智能的疾病预防监测、活动识别、环境辅助生活和系统开发研究是该领域的研究热点.国内学者应关注国外研究热点,增强跨学科协作意识,未来共同开发出适合我国老年人群的环境智能设备及程序,为老年人健康提供实时、全方位保障.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the research status and hotspots of the application of ambient intelligence in the field of the elderly care in foreign and domestic countries,so as to provide reference for Chinese scholars to further carry out related research.Methods Relevant literature on ambient intelligence in the field of elderly care was searched from the Web of Science Core Collection date-base from the establishment of the database to November 20,2022,and CiteSpace6.1 software was used to draw the author,institution,national cooperation map,as well as the visual map of keywords and burst words based on the relevant literature.Results A total of 450 articles were include,and the annual publication volume showed as low growth trend;Authors were closely connected,but institutional collaboration network was relatively dispersed;Cooperation networks among developed countries were more closely connected;Research hotspots included machine deep learning of ambient intelligence,recognition and monitoring function,and environmental assisted living;The research objects were mainly elderly people suffering from dementia and chronic diseases.Conclusion Disease prevention and monitoring,activity recognition,environmental assisted liv-ing,and system development of ambient intelligence are research hotspots in this field.Domestic scholars should pay attention to foreign research hotspots,enhance the awareness of interdisciplinary collaboration,and jointly develop ambient intelligent devices and programs suitable for the elderly in China in the future,so as to provide real-time and comprehensive protection for the health of the elderly.
