摘要
总结2023年7月我院收治的1例泛发性脓疱型银屑病(generalized pustular psoriasis,GPP)合并4期压力性损伤的护理经验.护理要点包括:分析皮肤及全身情况,早期识别GPP;选择适宜敷料处理脓疱型银屑病伤口及合适的减压工具;做好用药观察与管理;客观评估并提供营养支持.经积极治疗与护理,患者的伤口及全身状况好转,顺利出院.
Abstract
The aim of this paper was to summarize the caring experience for a case of generalized pustular psori-asis(generalized pustular psoriasis,GPP)combined with a stage 4 pressure injury admitted to our hospital in July 2023.Key points of care included:Analysis of skin and systemic conditions,early recognition of GPP;Selecting ap-propriate dressings to treat pustular psoriatic wounds and appropriate pressure reduction tools;Proper observation and management of medication;Objective assessment and provision of nutritional support.After aggressive treatment and care,the patient's wound and general condition improved and he was discharged successfully.
