Nursing care of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for a leukemia patient with secondary infection after enterostomy
The aim of this paper was to summarize the nursing experience of hematopoietic stem cell transplan-tation(HSCT)in a case of leukemia with secondary infection after enterostomy admitted to our hospital in February 2022.Nursing measures included:The patients were treated with sterilized stomatological skin before entering the aseptic laminar flow ward,personalized infection prevention nursing strategies were formulated,diet types were rea-sonably adjusted according to fecal characteristics,and self-nursing training for the absence of right hand five fingers was performed,so as to do a good job of psychological nursing.The patient did not had serious infection during transplantation,and the gastrointestinal function was in good condition.Neutrophil implantation was successful 18 days after surgery,the skin was healed 23 days after admission to the sterile laminar flow ward,and the patient was discharged successfully 30 days after transplantation.
