广西三甲医院临床护士循证实践实施氛围与循证护理能力的相关性研究

摘要
目的 调查广西临床护士循证实践实施氛围与循证护理能力.方法 2023年3-4月,采用便利抽样法选取广西省3所三甲医院246名临床护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、循证实践实施氛围量表(implementa-tion climate scale,ICS)、循证护理能力评定量表进行问卷调查.结果 临床护士循证实践实施氛围综合得分为(2.76 ±0.94)分,护士循证护理能力总分为(45.06±22.41)分.循证实践实施氛围与循证护理能力成正相关(r=0.469,P＜0.05).多元分层回归分析显示,循证实践实施氛围进入循证护理能力影响因素模型(F=57.441,P＜0.001),可独立解释循证护理能力14.2％变异量.结论 临床护士循证护理能力水平、循证实践实施氛围总体水平欠佳,有待进一步提升.护理管理者应营造良好的循证实践实施氛围,促进临床循证护理实践的开展,提升护士循证护理能力.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the implementation climate of evidence-based practice and the ability of evi-dence-based of nurses in Guangxi.Methods A total of 246 clinical nurses from three third Class A hospitals in Guan-gxi province were selected as subjects by convenience sampling method,and general data questionnaire,Evidence-Based Practice Implementation Climate Scale(ICS),and Evidence-Based Nursing Ability Rating Scale were used for questionnaire survey in March April,2023.Results The comprehensive score of evidence-based practice climate of clinical nurses was(2.76±0.94)points,and the total score of evidence-based nursing ability of nurses was(45.06± 22.41)points.Evidence-based practice implementation climate was positively correlated with evidence-based nursing ability(r=0.469,P＜0.05).Multiple hierarchical regression analysis showed that the implementation atmosphere of evidence-based practice entered the influencing factor model of evidence-based nursing ability(F=57.441,P＜0.001),which could independently explain 14.2％of the variance of evidence-based nursing ability.Conclusion The o-verall level of clinical nurses'ability of evidence-based nursing and implementation atmosphere of evidence-based prac-tice is not good,which needs to be further improved.Nursing managers should create a good atmosphere for the im-plementation of evidence-based practice,promote the development of clinical evidence-based nursing practice,and improve nurses'evidence-based nursing ability.
