护士处方权研究现状及策略探索
Research progress and strategy exploration on nurse prescription rights

摘要
为有效解决人口老龄化、慢性病高发、医生短缺等全球化重大卫生挑战,护士处方已成为国外医疗机构优化卫生资源配置、提高医疗效率和满足患者需求的有效手段.而随着我国专科护士队伍的不断壮大,授予其护士处方权已成为中国护理事业发展的迫切需求之一.本文对护士处方权的职责范围、应用场景、积极意义以及制约因素等方面进行综述,并提出相对应的策略和建议,为后续促进处方权在我国本土化推行提供理论依据和参考.
Abstract
In order to address global health challenges such as population aging,high incidence of chronic disea-ses,and shortage of doctors,nurse prescription has become an effective method for foreign medical institutions to optimize the allocation of health resources,improve medical efficiency,and meet the needs of patients.With the in-creasing number of professional nurse in China,granting them the right to prescribe has become one of the urgent decisions to promote the development of Chinese nursing industry.Therefore,this article provided a review of re-sponsibility scope,application scenarios,positive significance,and constraint factors of nurse prescription rights,and then the relative strategies and suggestions were put forward,so as to provide theoretical basis for promoting the localization of prescription rights in China in the future.
