目的 系统整合医务人员对于专科护士处方权认知和体验的质性研究.方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、Embase、PsycINFO数据库中有关医务人员对专科护士处方权认知和体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年10月31日.结果 共纳入11篇文献,提取了 69个主题,共归纳为5个整合结果:(1)医务人员认为专科护士处方权的开展有较大阻力.(2)护士处方权需要开业护士自身具备高水平特定的专业素养和外部支持.(3)医务人员肯定和认同护士处方权的价值和意义.(4)护士处方权赋予了护士新角色.(5)专科护士处方权需要政策和法规保障.结论 专科护士处方权可提升医疗质量.管理层需要重视对专科护士角色的培育,并根据他们的需求提供相应的培训和指导,充分发挥他们在促进医疗服务中的价值.
Objective To integrate the qualitative research on the cognition and experience of medical staff regard-ing the prescription rights of specialized nurses.Method A qualitative study was conducted on the cognition and ex-perience of healthcare professionals regarding the prescription rights of specialist nurses in databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,Embase,and PsycINFO,and the search time was conducted from the establishment of the database until October 31,2023.Result A total of 11 articles were collected,69 themes were extracted,and a total of 11 categories and 5 integrated results were sum-marized.(1)Medical staff believe that there are significant obstacles to the implementation of prescription rights for specialized nurses.(2)Nurse prescription rights require the opening nurse to possess a high level of specific profes-sional competence and external support.(3)Medical staff acknowledge and acknowledge the value and significance of nurses'prescription rights.(4)The prescription power of nurses has given them a new role.(5)The prescription rights of specialized nurses require policy and regulatory protection.Conclusion Prescription rights for specialized nur-ses can improve medical quality.The management should attach importance to cultivating the role of specialized nur-ses and provide corresponding training and guidance according to their needs,fully leveraging their value in promo-ting medical services.
