摘要
目的 构建新生儿肠造口护理质量评价指标体系.方法 2023年7-9月,以三维质量结构模型为理论基础,通过文献研究、半结构式访谈及研究小组讨论初步拟定新生儿肠造口护理质量评价指标体系初稿,结合专家函询法确立新生儿肠造口护理质量评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定各指标权重.结果 共进行了 2轮专家咨询,最终确立了包含一级指标3项、二级指标14项和三级指标75项的新生儿肠造口护理质量评价指标体系,2轮函询专家的积极系数分别为100.00％、96.30％,专家权威系数分别为0.863、0.895,专家协调系数分别为0.164、0.212(P＜0.001).结论 所形成的新生儿肠造口护理质量评价指标体系具有较好的系统性、特异性和科学性,不仅有助于改善新生儿肠造口的护理服务质量,还可为护理管理者进行新生儿肠造口护理质量持续改进提供客观参考.
Abstract
Objective To establish the evaluation index system of neonatal enterostomy nursing quality.Methods From July to September 2023,based on the three-dimensional quality structure model,the preliminary draft of neo-natal enterostomy nursing quality evaluation index system was drawn up through literature research,semi-structure interview,and the research team discussion,and the neonatal enterostomy nursing quality evaluation index system was established in combination with the letter consultation method of experts,and the weight of each index was de-termined by analytic hierarchy process.Results A total of 2 rounds of expert consultation were conducted,and the neonatal enterostomy nursing quality evaluation index system was finally formed,including 3 primary indexes,14 secondary indexes,and 75 tertiary indexes.The positive coefficient of 2 rounds of correspondence consultation with the experts was 100.00％and 96.30％,and the coefficients of expert authority were 0.863 and 0.895,the coeffi-cients of expert coordination were 0.164 and 0.212,respectively(P＜0.001).Conclusion The constructed evalua-tion index system of neonatal enterostomy nursing quality is systematic,specific,and scientific,which not only helps to improve the nursing service quality of neonatal enterostomy,but also provides objective and quantifiable ref-erence for nursing managers to optimize and continuously improve the nursing quality of neonatal enterostomy.
