摘要
目的 通过认知性访谈分析中文版患者报告结局测量信息系统特征集(patient-reported outcomes measurement information system,PROMIS-57 profile)在中国人群中的适用性,形成与原量表语义和概念具有等价性的中文版量表.方法 采用目的抽样法,以2021年2-5月从上海市某三甲医院招募的10例乳腺癌患者及5例健康人群为研究对象,通过2轮认知性访谈分析受访者对翻译后的PROMIS-57 profile各条目的理解程度,根据访谈结果修订条目.结果 第1轮访谈结果显示,大多数受访者可较快理解条目信息,但部分条目存在文化差异以及用词过于书面化等问题,经讨论后进行了对应修改.第2轮访谈结果显示,在结合受访者建议和专家咨询讨论后修订的条目与原量表语义一致.结论 运用认知性访谈可解决量表汉化过程中的理解差异及文化适应问题,可提高量表的适用性,经修订后的中文版PROMIS-57 profile具有理想的接受度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the applicability of the patient-reported outcomes measurement information sys-tem(PROMIS)-5 7 profile in Chinese population through cognitive interviews,and to form the the Chinese version scale which was equivalent with semantic and concept of original scale.Methods A total of 10 breast cancer patients and 5 healthy subjects recruited from a Grade-A hospital in Shanghai from March to May 2021 were selected by ob-jective sampling method,and 2 rounds of cognitive interviews were conducted to analyze the respondents'under-standing of each item in the translated PROMIS-57 profile,and the items were revised according to the interview re-sults.Results The results of the first round of interview showed that most respondents could understand the informa-tion of the items quickly,but some of the items were culturally different and the words were too written,and corre-sponding modifications were made after discussion.The results of the second round of interviews showed that the re-vised items were consistent with the original version of the PROMIS-57 profile after discussion on the basis of the suggestions of respondents and expert consultation.Conclusion The use of cognitive interview can solve the problem of understanding difference and cultural adaptation in the process of Chinesization of the scale,improve the applica-bility of the scale,and the revised Chinese version of PROMIS-57 profile has ideal acceptability.
