目的 探讨护生领悟社会支持与职业使命感的关系,分析积极心理资本在其间的中介作用。方法 采用便利抽样法于2021年5-6月选择我校所有就读于护理学专业的1 196名护生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、领悟社会支持量表(perceived social support scale,PSSS)、积极心理资本量表(positive psychological capital questionnaire,PPQ)、职业使命感问卷(Chinese calling scale,CCS)进行问卷调查,并分析其关系。结果 护生PSSS、PPQ 及 CCS 总分分别为(68。19士 11。90)分、(123。94±18。74)分和(40。93±6。36)分。Pearson 相关分析显示:护生领悟社会支持与职业使命感呈正相关(r=0。472,P<0。01)。中介分析结果显示:积极心理资本在领悟社会支持与职业使命感间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的50。14%。结论 护生领悟社会支持对职业使命感的影响较为显著,也能通过积极心理资本对职业使命感产生影响。提示护理教育工作者需重点关注较低社会支持的护生,可通过增加其社会支持和提高其心理资本,增强其职业使命感,从而促进护理人才队伍的健康发展。
The mediating effect of positive psychological capital on therelationship between perceived social support and career callingof nursing students
Objective To explore the relationship between nursing students'perceived social support and career calling,and analyze the intermediary role of positive psychological capitalbetween them.Methods From May to June 2021,1196 nursing students majoring in nursing from Grade 1 to Grade 4 in Chengdu Medical College were selected by convenient sampling method,and general information questionnaire,perceived social support scale(PSSS),posi-tive psychological capital questionnaire(PPQ),and Chinese calling scale(CCS)were used to investigate the subjects and analyze their interrelationships.Results The total scores of nursing students'PSSS,PPQ,and CCSwere(68.19±11.90)points,(123.94±18.74)points,and(40.93±6.36)points,respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed that nursing students'perceived social support and career calling was positively correlated(r=0.472,P<0.01).Theresults of mediation analysisshowed that positive psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role be-tween perceived social support and career calling,and the mediation effect accounted for 50.14%of the total effect.Conclusion The influence of perceived social support on career calling is obvious,and it can also affect career calling through positive psychological capital.Nursing educators should focus on nursing students with low social support,and promote the healthy development of nursing talents team by increasing their social support,improving their psy-chological capital,and enhancing their sense of career calling.
