目的 全面地收集与综合分析国内外安宁疗护需求评估工具相关文献。方法 系统检索PubMed、Em-base、Web of science核心集、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学数据库7个数据库，检索时限为建库至2023年3月31日。按照纳入与排除标准筛查相关文献，提取文献的基本特征并进行分析，并对纳入工具的信效度进行综合评价。结果 最终共纳入28篇文献，综合分析了 17个安宁疗护需求评估工具，其中有6个评估工具在不同的国家进行了跨文化的调试与验证。结论 现存的安宁疗护需求评估工具种类虽多，但是我国在该领域研究匮乏。建议未来进一步验证与完善现有的评估工具，并根据我国国情，开发适合我国癌症患者的安宁疗护需求评估工具。
Research progress of the hospice needs assessment tool for cancer patients
Objective To comprehensively collect andanalyzethe domestic and international literature on palliative care needs assessment tools.Methods A total of 7 databasesincluding PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Li-brary,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,and China Biological Medicine Data-base(CBM)were systematically searched,with a search period from the inception of the databases to March 31,2023.Relevant literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extract the basic character-istics of the literature for analysis,and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the reliability and validity of the in-cluded tools.Result A total of 28 documents were included,and 17 palliative care needs assessment tools were ana-lyzed comprehensively,of which 6 assessment tools had undergone cross-cultural adaptation and validation in differ-ent countries.Conclusion Although there are many types of existing palliative care needs assessment tools,there is a lack of research in this area in China.It is recommended thatfurther verification and refinement of the existing as-sessment tools should be conducted in the future,and palliative care needs assessment tools suitable for Chinese cancer patients should be developedbased on China's national conditions.
