目的 探析住院老年人灵性需求内涵和评估工具。方法 以乔安娜布里格斯研究所范围综述指南为方法学框架，检索PubMed、Science Direct、Web of Science、EBSCOASU、中国知网、维普和万方数据库，对纳入的文献进行汇总与分析。检索时限为建库至2023年4月5日。结果 纳入61篇文献，从国内外老年人灵性需求概念、灵性需求评估内容及评估工具3方面进行总结与分析。根据对纳入研究的文献进行分析，得出以下结果:老年人灵性需求具有明显的文化特征，我国老年人灵性需求概念的特征性定义尚未定论，鲜见可评估的本土化研究工具;国外老年人灵性需求概念理解为以生命意义为中心，与自我、他人、环境和超越联结的生活期待，但缺乏针对性的老年人灵性需求评估工具。结论 需结合我国国情，开发我国老年人灵性需求概念，建构评科学性的评估工具。
Scope review of the research on spiritual needs for the elderly
Objective To explore the connotation and assessment tools of spiritual needs of the elderlyinpatients.Methods Using the Joanna Briggs Institute Scope Review Guide as the methodology framework,the databases of PubMed,Science Direct,Web of Science,EBSCOASU,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfangwere searched,and the included literature was summarized and analyzed.The search deadline was April 5,2023.Results A total of63 studies were in-cluded which were summarized and analyzed from 3 aspects:The concept of spiritual needs,the content of spiritual needs assessment and the assessment tools.Based on the analysis of the literature included in the study,the follow-ing conclusions were drawn:The spiritual needs of the elderly hadobvious cultural characteristics,the definition of the concept of spiritual needs of the elderly had not yet been determined,and there are few evaluable localization re-search tools;The concept of spiritual needs of the elderly in foreign countries was understood as the life expectation thatwas centered on the meaning of life and connected with self,others,environment,and beyond,but there was a lack of targeted assessment tools of spiritual needs of the elderly.Conclusions It is necessary to develop the concept of elderly spiritual needs and set up a scientific evaluation tool according to our national conditions.
