Objective To explore the effect of online and offline integrated teaching based on the school-hospital cooperation model on improving teaching quality.Methods According to the time,60 clinical teachers and 230 nurs-ing interns recruited from our hospital during the 2021-2022 academic yearwere selected as the control group,and the teachers received 2 weeks of regular teaching training and implemented traditional teaching models;62 clinical teachers and 248 nursing interns recruited from our hospital during the 2022-2023 academic yearwere selected as the observation group,and the teachers received 2 weeks of regular teaching training,and implemented online and offline integrated teaching based on the school-hospital cooperation model.The assessment results,effective teach-ing behaviors,teaching effectiveness evaluation,and nursing student satisfaction between the two groups were com-pared.Results The examination scores of nursing students in theobservationgroup were better than those in the con-trol group(P<0.05);The scores of effective teaching behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The evaluation of teaching effectiveness by nursing interns in theobservation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction scores of nursing interns in the observation group on management mode,teaching content,teaching effectiveness,and operational skills were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The online and offline integrated teaching based on the school-hospital cooperation model can improve the teaching quality,increase the assessment results of nursing students,and enhance the satisfaction of nursing interns,which is worthy of clinical application.
