Objective This paper summarized the experience of multidisciplinary nutritional support nursing care of the first patient after laryngeal transplantation in Asia on April29,2023.The key points of nursing included:Es-tablishment of a multi-disciplinary nutrition management team;Implement foraccurate nutritional support which in-cluding choosing appropriate methods to establish nasal feeding pipeline,accurately preparing nutritional prepara-tions,following the feeding principles of nutritional preparations,preventing misinhalation,keeping the nasal feeding tube fixed and unobstructed,timely monitoring,and dealing with nutritional feeding complications;Periodic monitor of nutritional indicators,timely adjustment of nutritional supplement programs to promote patients'early rehabilita-tion.The patient recovered well 68 days after operation,with the body weight of 67 kg,BMI 21.63 kg/m2,hemo-globin 89 g/L,total protein 62.9 g/L,albumin 39.2 g/L,and globulin 20.7 g/L.All physical indicators reached the discharge standard,and emotional stability,basic self-care,and smoothlydischarge.
