摘要
目的 建立我国三级甲等综合医院临床护士情绪智力量表的常模.方法 以中文版情绪智力量表为工具,采用分层整群抽样法,2023年1月选取我国华北、东北、华东、华中、华南、西南和西北7个地区各1家三级甲等综合医院,共4 167名临床护士进行调查分析.建立均数常模、百分位常模、划界常模和分类常模.结果 我国临床护士自我情绪评估维度得分为(71.81±19.39)分、他人情绪评估维度得分为(67.10±19.82)分、情绪控制维度得分为(66.88±19.37)分,情绪运用维度得分为(64.28±19.16)分,量表总得分为(67.52±17.15)分.情绪智力水平分为5个的等级:低、较低、中等、较高、高.依据组间特征差异,分别建立年龄、职称、职务和工作年限的分类常模.结论 本研究构建我国三级甲等综合医院临床情绪智力量表的常模,可作为评估护士情绪智力水平的参考.
Abstract
Objective To establish the norm for the emotional intelligence scale for clinical nurses from 3-A-grade general hospital in China.Methods Using the Chinese version of wong and law emotional intelligences scale as a tool,a total of 4,167 clinical nurses were selected from 3-A-grade general hospital in North China,Northeast China,East China,Central China,South China,Southwest China,and Northwest China by stratified cluster sampling method for investigation and analysis in January 2023.The mean norm,percentile norm,demarcating norm,and classifica-tion norm were established.Results The scores of self-emotion evaluation dimension,others'emotion evaluation di-mension,emotion control dimension,and emotion application dimension in our clinical nurses was(71.81±19.39)points,(67.10±19.82)points,(66.88±19.37)points,(64.28±19.16)points,and the total score of the scale was(67.52±17.15)points.The level of emotional intelligences were divided into 5 levels:Low,relatively low,medium,relatively high,and high.According to the differences of characteristics between groups,the classification norms of age,professional title,position,and working years were established respectively.Conclusion This study establishes the norms of emotional intelligences scale for clinical nurses in Chinese 3-A-grade general hospital,which can be used as a reference to evaluate the level of nurses'emotional intelligences.
