Acupoint selection rules of auricular acupoint therapy for anxiety disorders based on R language data mining technology
Objective To carry out the data mining of common auricular points and acupoint selection rules of au-ricular point therapy for anxiety disorders based on R language.Methods The literatures on the intervention of au-ricular point therapy in anxiety disorders in Wanfang database,China Biomedical Literature Service System,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Web of Science,PubMed,EMbase,and Cochrane library databases were col-lected,and the retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to July 26,2023.The database of auricular prescription was established by Excel 2003,and R4.3.2 software was used for frequency analysis,correlation analy-sis,and cluster analysis of the included data.Results A total of 77 articles were included in the literature,involving 37 kinds of auricular points,and the total frequency of use was 553 times,and the most common treatment method for auricular point therapy to intervene anxiety was auricular point sticking;The total amount of stimulation was mainly 1-4 weeks,the frequency of single-day stimulation was mostly concentrated in 1-3 times,and the duration of single stimulation was not more than 5 min;Correlation analysis formed a core auricular point combination based on Shenmen-heart-subcortical-sympathetic-liver;Cluster analysis results showed 5 types of effective clustering combi-nations.Conclusion Auricular point therapy for anxiety disorder is based on the treatment principle of awakening the brain and opening the orifices,calming and tranquilizing the mind.The acupoints are selected from"viscera patho-genesis syndrome differentiation and treatment"and"ear-brain-viscera".It is recommended to use"Shenmen-heart-subcortical-sympathetic-liver"as the core auricular point prescription combined with syndrome differentiation.
