摘要
本文对不复苏(do not resuscitate,DNR)决策的概念和意义、现状以及急诊患者DNR决策的影响因素进行了综述,指出应结合国情考虑患者和家属、医患沟通以及机构政策在DNR决策中的重要性,提出急诊推广DNR的需求,旨在优化急诊医疗资源,改善急诊临终患者生活质量,为推进急诊安宁疗护工作的开展提供参考.
Abstract
This article reviewed the concept and meaning of do not resuscitate(DNR)decision-making,the cur-rent situation and influencing factors of DNR decision-making in emergency patients,and pointed out that the impor-tance of patients and families,doctor-patient communication,and institutional policies in DNR decision-making,and advocated the need to promote DNR in emergency care.Its aim is to optimize emergency medical resources,improve the quality of life of terminally ill patients in emergency care,so as to provide a reference for the promotion of emer-gency hospice care.
