目的 系统评价结直肠癌肠造口患者社会疏离的成因及影响因素。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL、Scopus、EBSCO、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中关于结直肠癌肠造口患者社会疏离体验的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2023年4月2日。采用JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对文献进行质量评价。采用汇集性meta整合方法对研究结果进行归纳整合。结果 共纳入文献12篇，提炼27个主要结果，归纳出8个新类别，综合为3个整合结果:多方面支持的缺乏;消极认知心理的积聚;疾病潜在威胁的持续。结论 结直肠癌肠造口患者社会疏离这一心理社会适应不良的现象由社会、认知、心理及疾病多方面因素综合作用造成。因此，需提升社会多方支持，纠正患者及大众的错误认知，排解不良心理情绪，并协助解决疾病的潜在威胁问题，促使肠造口患者尽早融入社会。
Meta-integration of qualitative studies on influencing factors of social isolation in colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy
Objective To systematically evaluate the causes and influencing factors of social isolation in colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy.Methods Qualitative studies on the experience of social isolation in colorectal canc-er patients with colostomy on PubMed,Web of Science,The Cochrane Library,Embase,CINAHL,Scopus,EB-SCO,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP and CBM were searched by computer,and the search time was from the estab-lishment of databases to April 2,2023.The quality evaluation of literature was carried out by the quality evaluation standard of qualitative research of JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Center.,and the research results were summa-rized and integrated by the convergent meta-integration method.Results A total of 12 studies were included,and 27 primary outcomes were extracted,and 8 categories were summarized,which were synthesized into 3 integrative re-sults:Lack of multifaceted support;Buildup of negative cognitive psychology;Persistence of potential threat of dis-ease.Conclusion The psychosocial maladaptation phenomenon of social alienation of colorectal cancer patients with colostomy is caused by a combination of social,cognitive,psychological,and disease factors.Therefore,it is neces-sary to enhance support from the various sections of society,and to correct the misperceptions of patients and the general public,and to resolve the adverse psychological emotions,and to help solve the potential threat of the dis-ease,so as to promote the integration of colostomy patients into the society as soon as possible.
