ICU护士职业死亡回避对创伤后成长的影响研究

摘要
目的 了解ICU护士职业死亡回避与创伤后成长的现状,探讨ICU护士职业死亡回避及创伤后成长的相关性.方法 于2023年4-8月,采用一般资料调查表、ICU护士职业死亡回避量表、创伤后成长量表对陕西省4所三级甲等医院的ICU护士开展问卷调查.结果 职业死亡回避总分(55.42±6.24)分;创伤后成长总分(58.02±8.82)分.职业死亡回避与创伤后成长呈负相关(r=-0.480,P＜0.01).多元线性回归分析结果显示:职业死亡回避、年龄、职称、工作年限是影响ICU护士创伤后成长的主要因素(均P＜0.05).结论 ICU护士职业死亡回避处于较高水平;创伤后成长处于中等水平.护理管理者可以从职业死亡回避层面出发,通过降低ICU护士的职业死亡回避来提高其创伤后成长水平,促进护士成长.
Abstract
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational death avoidance and post-traumatic growth in ICU nurses,and to explore the effect of occupational death avoidance on post-traumatic growth in ICU nurses.Meth-ods From April to August 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted among ICU nurses in 4 Grade A hospitals in Shaanxi province using general information questionnaire,occupational death avoidance scale,and post-traumatic growth scale.Results The total score of occupational death avoidance and post-traumatic growth in ICU nurses were(55.42±6.24)points and(58.02±8.82)points,respectively.There was a negative correlation between occupational death avoidance and post-traumatic growth(r=-0.480,P＜0.01).Occupational death avoidance,age,job title,and working years were the main factors affecting post-traumatic growth of ICU nurses(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Occu-pational death avoidance of ICU nurses is at a high level,and their post-traumatic growth is at an average level.Nurs-ing managers should improve the level of post-traumatic growth and promote the growth of nurses by reducing the occupational death avoidance of ICU nurses.
