摘要
总结2022年5月1例特重度烧伤伴重度吸入性损伤并发糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis,DKA)患者的护理经验.护理要点包括:DKA的早期识别与管理、分阶段血糖管理、气道管理、液体复苏管理、创面管理、分阶段营养管理、心理护理等.该患者住院109 d,经精心治疗和护理后预后良好,顺利出院.
Abstract
This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of extremely severe burn with severe inhala-tion injury complicated with diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA)in May 2022.Nursing points included:Early identification and management of diabetic ketoacidosis,staged glucose management,airway management,fluid resuscitation man-agement,trauma management,staged nutritional management,psychological care and so on.The patient was hospi-talized for 109 days,and was discharged with a good prognosis after careful treatment and nursing care.
