目的 探索多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma，MM)患者化疗间歇期症状群的分类构建及其与生活质量的相关性。方法 采用横断面调查，应用一般资料调查表、中文版记忆症状评估量表(the Chinese version memori-al symptom assessment scale，MSAS-Ch)、癌症治疗功能系统评价量表(functional assessment of cancer therapy gen-cric scale，FACT-G)对2022年9月—2023年3月在我院血液科治疗的109例MM患者进行调查并做统计分析。应用探索性因子分析得出症状群。MSAS-Ch总分与FACT-G总分的相关性采用Spearman相关分析，典型相关分析法分析不同症状群与生活质量各维度的相关性。结果 因子分析得出病态行为症状群、情绪相关症状群、感知-知觉症状群、便秘相关症状群4个症状群。Spearman相关分析显示:症状群与生活质量呈负相关(r=-0。70)。典型相关分析显示:第1、2个典型相关系数分别为0。69、0。63。结论 MM患者化疗间歇期存在症状群，感知-知觉症状群、情绪相关症状群对生活质量影响较大，医务人员应从改善症状群的角度提高患者的生活质量。
Symptom clustersand its correlation with quality of lifein patients with multiple myeloma during chemotherapy intermission
Objective To explore the classification and construction of symptom clusters in patients with multiple myeloma(MM)during chemotherapy intermission and its correlation with quality of life.Methods A cross-sectional survey was used to conduct a survey of 109 patients with MM who received data from the Hematology Department of our hospital from September 2022 to March 2023,using the general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of the symptom assessment scale(MSAS-Ch),and the functional assessment of cancer therapy generic scale(4th e-dition,FACT-G).Symptom clusters were obtained by exploratory factor analysis.The correlation between the total score of symptom clusters and the total score of quality of life was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis,and the canonical correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between different symptom clusters and various dimensions of quality of life.Results A total of 4 symptom clusters were revealed by factor analysis:Patho-logical behavioralsymptomcluster,mood-relatedsymptomcluster,perceptual-perceptionsymptomcluster,and constipa-tion-bloatingsymptomcluster.The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that the symptom clusters was negatively correlated with the quality of life(r=-0.70).The canonical correlation analysis showed that the canoni-cal correlation coefficients of the first and second pairs are 0.69 and 0.63,respectively.Conclusion There are symp-tom clusters in patients with MMduring chemotherapy intermission,and perceptual-perception symptom clusters and emotion-related symptom clusters have a greater impact on the quality of life.Medical staff should improve the quali-ty of life of patients from the perspective of improving symptom cluster.
