Objective To construct a sensitive indicator system for neonatal wound and ostomy care.Methods Based on evidence-based analysis and semi-structured interview,the primary entry pool of sensitive indicators in neo-natal wound and ostomy care was formulated.The indicator system was revised and determined by 2 rounds of ex-perts'enquiry,and the weight of each indicator was determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results The effective recovery of 2 rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires were 100％,andthe expert authority coefficients were 0.855 and 0.900,and Kendall concordant coefficients were 0.148-0.180 and 0.240-0.279(all P＜0.05).Finally,a nursing-sensitive indicator system of neonatal wound and ostomy care wasformed,including 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 22 third-level indicators.Conclusion The indicator system established in this study is rigor-ous,scientific,and has the characteristics of neonatal specialty,which can provide reference for the quality evaluation of neonatal wound and ostomy care.
