Nursing practice of rapid recovery after heart transplantation in a child
The nursing practice experience of a child with rapid recovery after heart transplantation was sum-marized.The key points of nursing includedthat large supply heart syndromeand complications of right heart failure were early identified and managed;Respiratory support strategies were optimized for helping children quickly offline;Resting energy consumption was measured and sequential nutritional support was conducted;Phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabili-tation training was strengthened to promote the recovery of heart function in children;Personalized discharge guid-ance was carried out and post discharge follow-up was strengthened.After 49 days of rehabilitation treatment and nursing,the patient's heart function recovered to level Ⅱ without serious complications,and was discharged smooth-ly.The patient was followed up for 3 months and recovered well.The postoperative rapid recovery management strategy could effectively shorten the hospitalization time of heart transplant patients and restore normal life.
