青年女性癌症患者生育相关的夫妻疾病沟通方案构建
Construction of the couples disease communication program related to fertility for young female cancer patients

摘要
目的 构建护士主导的青年女性癌症患者生育相关的夫妻疾病沟通方案.方法 2021年11月-2022年6月基于FOCUS计划,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、德尔菲函询法,构建青年女性癌症患者生育相关的夫妻疾病沟通方案.结果 2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100％,专家权威系数分别为0.889和0.903,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.252和0.272(均P＜0.001),变异系数分别为0～0.20,0～0.14.最终确定的青年女性癌症患者生育相关的夫妻疾病沟通方案包括5项一级指标、16项二级指标、49项三级指标.结论 本研究构建的青年女性癌症患者生育相关的夫妻疾病沟通方案具有一定的科学性、实用性和创新性,可为研究者开展可行性研究提供实践指导.
Abstract
Objective To construct a nurse-led fertility related couple-disease communication program for young female cancer patients.Methods Based on FOCUS plan,through literature review,semi-structured interviews,and Delphi expert correspondence method,a fertility-related couple disease communication plan for young female cancer patients was constructed from November 2021 to June 2022.Results The effective recovery rates of 2 rounds of ex-pert letter questionnaires were both 100％,the expert authority coefficients were 0.889 and 0.903,respectively,the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.252 and 0.272 respectively(both P＜0.001),and the variation coefficients were 0.00～0.20,0.00～0.14,respectively.The final fertility-related couple disease communication plan for young female cancer patients included 5 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,and 49 third-level indicators.Con-clusion The fertility-related couple disease communication program for young female cancer patients constructed in this study is scientific,practical,and innovative,and can provide practical guidance for researchers to conduct feasi-bility studies.
