Construction of a food-reintroduction program after remission induced by exclusive enteral nutrition in children with Crohn's disease
Objective To construct a food-reintroduction program for children with Crohn's disease(CD)after re-mission induced by exclusive enteral nutrition(EEN).Methods The first draft of the diet reintroduction program were prepared by searching the national and international literature.The two rounds of expert consultation were con-ducted by Delphi method from May to July 2023 to collect experts'opinions,and the final draft of the diet reintroduc-tion program was revised.Results The return rate of valid questionnaires for 2 rounds of expert consultation was 100％,the coefficient of expert authority was 0.88,and the coefficients of Kendall's harmony for the importance of the entries and their action ability were 0.223,0.207,0.304,and 0.269,respectively(P＜0.001).The finalized dietary reintroduction program consisted of 5 primary,17 secondary,and 37 tertiary indicators.Conclusion Food-re-introduction program for children with CD after induction of EEN is authoritative,scientific,feasible,and clinically practical,and can guide nurses to implement scientific and standardized dietary reintroduction care for children with CD.
