目的 了解近10年国内外麻醉护理的研究现况、研究热点及研究趋势.方法 通过Web of science核心合集数据库检索2013年1月1日-2023年6月30日发表的麻醉护理相关文献,并应用CiteSpace 6.2软件对发文量、发文国家、关键词等进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入921篇文献,总体发文量呈逐年缓慢增长态势;发文量最多的国家是美国;研究热点主要集中在患者安全、手术室、麻醉重症监护室等方面;研究趋势倾向于患者安全、质量改进、协作、护理过渡、患者交接方面.结论 麻醉护理的研究已引起护理人员关注,但该领域发展速度较为缓慢,未来仍需借鉴国外经验,拓展研究领域,结合研究热点和研究趋势不断推进优质麻醉护理的纵深发展,为患者提供更好的护理服务.
Visual analysis of anesthesia care research based on Web of Science
Objective To understand the research status,research hotspots,and research trends of anesthesia nursing at home and abroad in the past 10 years,and to provide reference for the development of domestic anesthesia nursing.Methods The literature related to anesthesia nursing published from January 1,2013 to June 30,2023 was retrieved through the Web of science core collection database,and the number of publications,countries,and key-words were visually analyzed by CiteSpace6.2 software.Results A total of 921 literatures were included,and the o-verall number of publications showed a slow growth year by year;The country with the highest number of articles was the United States;The research hotspots were mainly focused on patient safety,operating room,anesthesia in-tensive care unit and so on;The research trends tended to be in the areas of patient safety,quality improvement,collaboration,transition of care,and patient handover.Conclusion The research of anesthesia nursing has attracted the attention of nursing staff,but the development of this field is relatively slow,and in the future,it is still neces-sary to learn from foreign experience,expand the research field,and combine the research hotspots and research trends to continuously promote the deep development of quality anesthesia care and provide better nursing services for patients.
