摘要
咳嗽是肺癌行胸腔镜手术的患者术后常见的并发症,其发生率高,持续时间长,严重影响患者的生活质量.本研究对肺癌胸腔镜手术患者术后不同阶段咳嗽的发生率与严重程度、评估工具、影响因素、干预措施进行综述,以期提高临床医护人员对术后咳嗽的重视程度,为后续开展规范化管理提供参考.
Abstract
Cough is a common complication after thoracoscopic surgery in lung cancer patients,with a high in-cidence and long duration,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.This study reviewed the incidence and severity,assessment tools,influencing factors,and intervention measures of cough in patients undergoing thora-coscopic surgery for lung cancer,in order to improve the attention paid by clinical medical staff to postoperative cough and provide reference for follow-up standardized management.
