摘要
目的 检索、筛选并汇总髋关节置换术患者出院准备服务的最佳证据.方法 依据"6S"模型,计算机检索相关指南网站、专业学会网站和国内外数据库中有关髋关节置换术患者出院准备服务的临床决策、临床指南、专家共识、证据总结、系统评价及随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2023年3月15日.结果 共纳入23篇文献,其中临床指南8篇、系统评价3篇、专家共识12篇,共形成19条证据,包括筛选与评估(4条)、制定出院计划(3条)、院内服务(6条)、出院前准备(3条)和出院后随访评价(3条)5个方面.结论 本研究总结了髋关节置换术患者出院准备服务的最佳证据,在临床实践中建议根据患者需求、临床情境等因素选择适宜本土转化的证据,进而为髋关节置换术患者提供个性化出院准备服务,提升护理服务质量,促进患者身心康复.
Abstract
Objective To retrieve,evaluate,and summarize the best evidence relating to discharge planning for hip replacement patients.Methods According to the"6S"model,clinical decisions,clinical guidelines,expert consen-sus,evidence summaries,systematic evaluations and randomized controlled trials relating to discharge planning for patients undergoing hip replacement on the relevant guideline websites,professional society websites,and domestic and international databases was searched by computer,with a time frame from the establishment of the database to March 15,2023.Results A total of 23 articles were included in the literature,including 8 clinical guidelines,3 sys-tematic evaluations,and 12 expert consensuses,resulting in a total of 19 pieces of evidence in 5 areas,including screening and assessment(4 items),development of a discharge plan(3 items),in-hospital services(6 items),pre-discharge preparation(3 items),and post-discharge follow-up evaluation(3 items).Conclusion This study has sum-marized the best evidence on discharge planning for hip replacement patients,and in clinical practice it is recommen-ded that evidence suitable for local translation should be selected according to patient needs,clinical context and oth-er factors,so as to provide personalised discharge planning for hip replacement patients,improve the quality of nurs-ing services,and promote physical and psychological recovery of the patients.
