This article summarized the nursing experience of cardiogenic cerebral embolism in a child with com-plex congenital heart disease 12 years after operation,admitted to our hospital in June 2023.In view of the main problems such as atypical cerebral infarction symptoms,rapid disease progression,and immediate need for intracra-nial artery thrombectomy,emergency hospital rescue programs were adopted,including rapid identification of acute cerebral infarction,teamwork,shortening preoperative preparation time,integrated hospital transport,and early hyperbaric oxygen therapy+rehabilitation training.After 10 days of treatment and nursing,the patient had recov-ered and been discharged from hospital.After discharge,the patient was followed up for 1 month,and his condition was good.
