摘要
目的分析近20年老年人生活空间研究现状、研究热点及前沿.方法以"老年人和生活空间"为主题,系统检索2000年1月1日-2023年6月30日Web of Science核心合集数据库发表的有关老年人生活空间的相关文献,使用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件对文献的发表时间、作者、国家、机构和关键词进行可视化分析.结果最终共纳入291篇文献,整体发文量呈上升态势;发文量最多的国家是美国;发文量最多的机构是Univ Jyvaskyla(于韦斯屈莱大学);研究热点主要集中在老年人生活空间流行病学调查、生活空间的评估、老年人生活空间受限的相关影响因素及不良结局.结论近年来老年人的生活空间问题受到持续关注,我国未来应加强与国外在生活空间研究领域的合作与交流,提高我国该领域的研究水平.
Abstract
Objective To comparatively analyze the research status,hot spots,and frontiers of life space for the elderly in the past 20 years.Methods Taking"the elderly and life space"as the theme,the relevant literature on the life space of the elderly published in the core database of Web of Science from January 1,2000 to June 30,2023 was systematically searched,and the publication time,author,country,institution,and keywords of the literature were analyzed using CiteSpace6.1.R6 software.Results A total of 291 papers were included,and the overall number of papers was on the rise.The country with the highest number of articles was the United States;The institution with the most publications was University of Jyvaskyla;The research focus was mainly on the epidemiological investiga-tion of the life space of the elderly,the assessment of life space,the related influencing factors of the life space limi-tation of the elderly and adverse outcomes.Conclusion In recent years,the life space problem of the elderly has re-ceived continuous attention,and in the future,China should strengthen the cooperation and exchange with foreign countries in the field of life space research,and improve the research level of our country in this field.
