摘要
随着肿瘤治疗手段的发展,头颈癌(head and neck cancer,HNC)生存者数量日益增多,生存者的心理痛苦越来越被临床医务人员所重视.本文就HNC生存者心理痛苦的定义与内涵、心理痛苦水平现状、评估工具、影响因素、干预策略方面进行综述,以期为指导临床实践提供文献参考.
Abstract
The development of tumor treatments had led to an increasing survival rate of head and neck cancer(HNC)patients,and at the same time,clinical staff had paid more and more attention to the psychological suffering of head and neck cancer patients.This dissertation reviewed the definition and connotation,current level,assessment tools,influencing factors,and coping strategies of psychological distress in HNC survivors,so as to provide a litera-ture reference for guiding clinical practice.
