摘要
在医疗环境中,报警系统是确保患者安全和提高护理效率的关键工具,但频繁而过多的非关键报警导致大多数ICU护士对报警系统的反应变得迟钝,甚至产生冷漠态度.报警疲劳已造成护士报警应答延迟、工作效率下降等问题,严重危及患者的生命安全,但临床较多关注的是如何减少报警发生的频率,而忽视了报警疲劳对护士个体的影响.因此,选择可靠科学的评估工具准确识别报警疲劳,实现早期预警和早期干预至关重要.本文就报警疲劳的概述及护士报警疲劳评估工具的主要内容、信度与效度、局限性及应用现况进行综述,旨在进一步编制并开发适合于我国护士报警疲劳的快速筛查工具,以期为护士报警疲劳评估工具的本土化发展及开展相关研究提供参考.
Abstract
In the healthcare environment,alarm systems were critical tools for ensuring patient safety and im-proving nursing efficiency,but frequent and excessive non-critical alarms had caused most ICU nurses to become slow to respond to alarm systems and even develop an apathetic attitude.Alarm fatigue had caused problems such as delayed alarm response and decreased work efficiency of nurses,which seriously jeopardized the life safety of pa-tients,but more clinical attention had been paid to how to reduce the frequency of alarms occurring,while ignoring the impact of alarm fatigue on individual nurses.Therefore,it was crucial to choose reliable and scientific assessment tools to accurately identify alarm fatigue and realize early warning and early intervention.This paper reviewed the o-verview of alarm fatigue and the main contents,reliability and validity,limitations and current status of application of alarm fatigue assessment tools for nurses,with the aim of further compiling and developing a rapid screening tool for alarm fatigue suitable for nurses in China,with a view to providing references for the localized development of a-larm fatigue assessment tools for nurses and the conduct of related research.
