摘要
目的检索、评价并整合儿童癫痫急性发作院外管理的最佳证据.方法根据PIPOST模式构建循证问题,按照"6S"证据模型,系统检索关于儿童癫痫急性发作院外管理的指南、专家共识和系统评价,检索时限为建库至2023年2月28日.4名研究者对纳入的指南质量进行评价,系统评价和专家共识由2名研究者完成评价,并对证据进行提取、整合.结果共纳入15篇文献,包括指南5篇、系统评价7篇和专家共识3篇,总结出5个类别共25条最佳证据.结论本研究总结了儿童癫痫急性发作院外管理的最佳证据,可为本土化儿童院外惊厥急性发作行动计划制定提供参考,为医护人员开展儿童癫痫急性发作院外管理健康教育提供循证依据.
Abstract
Objective To retrieve,evaluate,and integrate the best evidence for out-of-hospital management of a-cute seizures in children.Methods The evidence-based problems were constructed by the PIPOST model,and accord-ing to the"6S"evidence model,the guidelines,expert consensus,and systematic evaluation of acute seizure of chil-dren were systematically searched,and the search time was the database establishment until February 28,2023.Four investigators evaluated the quality of the included guidelines,and the systematic evaluation and expert consensus were completed by 2 investigators,and the evidence was extracted and integrated.Results A total of 15 articles were included,including 5 guidelines,7 systematic reviews,and 3 expert consensus,which summarizing 25 best evidence in 5 categories.Conclusion The best evidence of out-of-hospital management of acute seizures in children is summa-rized in this study,which can provide reference for the development of action plan for acute seizures of acute epilepsy in children,and provide evidence-based basis for medical staff to conduct out-of-hospital management health educa-tion for acute seizures of childhood epilepsy.
