Research progress of empowerment in caregivers of dementia patients
Empowerment plays an important role in the care quality of caregivers of dementia patients.Through literature review,this paper reviewed the definition of empowerment,relevant theories,assessment tools,influen-cing factors and other aspects of empowerment.Taking caregivers of dementia patients as the research object,the paper aimed to use the theory of caregiver empowerment to improve the home care model of dementia elderly people,and further improve the care quality of dementia elderly people.
