Effect of recital exercise on patients with MHD and muscle decay syndrome during dialysis
Objective To explore the influence of the regulation of recital exercise on muscle status and body func-tion in patients with muscle decay syndrome caused by chronic kidney disease maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic kidney disease combined with muscle decay syndrome who were treated with MHD in our hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected;According to the treatment time,42 cases were divided into the observation group(treatment on Monday,Wednesday, and Friday)and 40 cases were di-vided into the control group(treatment on Tuesday,Thursday, and Saturday). The control group was given MHD routine nursing, and the observation group was given decubitus exercise control in ascending dialysis based on rou-tine nursing, and the intervention lasted for 24 weeks.Muscle status[grip strength, skeletal muscle index of limbs(ASMI)],physical function[short physical performance battery(SPPB),seat extension test distance, time stand-ing on one leg with eyes open],and quality of life[kidney disease targeted areas(KDTA)]were compared between 2 groups. Results After 24 weeks of intervention, the grip strength,ASMI,the SPPB score, and the standing time with eyes open on one leg of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the seat exten-sion test distance was smaller than that of the control group, and the scores of kidney disease, kidney disease bur-den,sleep quality, and satisfaction in the dimension of the quality of life were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significances(all P<0.05).Conclusion The exercise regulation of recital exercise during dial-ysis can improve the muscle status and body function of patients with chronic kidney disease complicated with muscle decay syndrome, and improve the quality of life.
