Perioperative nursing case of a patient with maintenance hemodialysis thoracic vertebra tuberculosis and hypertension
The perioperative nursing experience of a patient with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)and tuber-culosis of thoracic vertebra in thoracic vertebra tuberculosis lesion removal+internal fixation of bone graft fusion under general anesthesia was summarized in our hospital on April,2023.Before surgery,a multidisciplinary team combining tuberculosis of thoracic vertebra with MHD disease was established to carry out comprehensive diagnosis,treatment and nursing for patients during the whole perioperative period,including the nursing of operation time se-lection,postoperative condition observation,and functional exercise.After 36 days of careful nursing,the patient's condition was stable and he was transferred for further rehabilitation treatment.The multidisciplinary team formula-ted the treatment and nursing plan,which made the patient's condition became stable,promoted the patient's recover-y,and improved the clinical outcome.
