Study on the application of social responsibility cultivation program of"knowledge-attitude-practice"based on flipped classroom in emergency and critical care
Objective To explore the application effect of the cultivation program of social responsibility of knowl-edge,attitude,and practice based on flipped classroom in the emergency and critical nursing course of higher voca-tional nursing students.Methods From September 2022 to January 2023,a total of 83 nursing students from 2 classes of nursing major in three-year higher vocational college of Grade 2021 in our school were randomly selected as the re-search objects by convenience sampling method,and 2 classes were randomly divided into the control group(41 students)and the observation group(42 students)by the method of flipping a coin.The observation group adopted the social responsibility cultivation program of knowledge,attitude,and practice based on the flipped classroom,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.At the end of the course,the scores of emergency and critical nursing courses and the changes of social responsibility of 2 groups were compared,and the satisfaction evaluation of teaching effect of nursing students in the observation group was collected.Results At the end of the course,the test scores and social responsibility scores of nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The students in the ob-servation group had a good evaluation on the teaching effect of the social responsibility cultivation program of knowl-edge,attitude,and practice based on flipped classroom(P<0.05).Conclusion The cultivation program of social re-sponsibility of knowledge,attitude,and practice based on flipped classroom can effectively improve the level of knowledge and skills and social responsibility of nursing students.
