A qualitative study on the experience of newly admitted nursesin the process of standardized training under the blended teaching mode
Objective To deeply understand the real experience of newly admitted nurses in the training process of blended teaching mode,so as to provide reference for improving the standardized training mode of new nurses.Methods Objective sampling method was used to select 11 nurses who were enrolled in the blended teaching and training program in a third class A hospital.The phenomenological method of qualitative research was applied to re-peatedly read,analyze,code,classify,and extract the interview data,and finally get the theme.Results A total of 4 themes were identified in this study,namely cognition of blended teaching model,drivers and barriers to participa-tion in training,and sense of career benefits,expectations,and needs.Conclusions It is necessary to constantly ex-plore and improve the training mode of newly enrolled standardized training nurses,and pay attention to the feelings and experience of trainees during the training process,so as to maximize the training effect.The effective connection between college education and clinical nursing can lay a foundation for the career development of new nurses.
