虚拟仿真在护理临床实训中应用现状的范围综述

目的 对虚拟仿真(virtual reality,VR)技术在护理临床实训中的应用进行范围审查,分析其现状和局限性,为该领域相关研究提供参考和借鉴。方法 借助NoteExpress3。7软件、EndNote软件,检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国知网、维普中文期刊文献库等8个数据库自建库以来至2023年11月3日的有关VR在护理临床实训中应用效果的中英文文献,按照纳入和排除标准进行文献筛选,提取并归纳文献中的信息进行文献计量分析,针对作者、研究对象、研究类型、研究内容、应用情景、研究结果、局限性等多个维度进行范围综述。结果 共检索出7 825篇文献,最终纳入38篇文献。本文研究了在护理临床实训中应用VR技术对学生理论实践水平、临床思维和决策能力、学习主动性、团队协作能力、创新能力等产生的影响,研究发现的主要局限性有虚拟系统不完善、教学机制存在缺陷、配置要求高、虚拟设备佩戴舒适度不佳等。结论 VR临床实训教学模式已成为趋势,该模式对提高护理专业学生的临床实训水平具有相对积极的应用效果,但是仍存在一些局限性,因此需要在实践中不断探索"虚实结合"的模式。

Objective To review the scope of the application of virtual reality(VR)technology in nursing clinical practice training,and analyze its current status and limitations,so as to provide reference and reference for related research in this field.Methods With the help of NoteExpress 3.7 software and EndNote software,Chinese and Eng-lish literatures on the current application status of VR in nursing clinical training from 8 databases including PubMed,Web of Science,China Biomedical Literature Service System,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP Chinese Journal Library,Wanfang Medical Network database,CINAHL database,and Embase Biomedical Search database were accessed from the establishment of the database to November 3,2023,and these literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the information in the literature was extracted and summarized for bibliometric analysis,analyzing the current application status of virtual simulation in nursing clinical training in China from multiple dimensions such as authors,research subjects,research types,research con-tent,application scenarios,research results,and limitations,etc.Results A total of 7,825 documents were retrieved,and 38 documents were finally included.The impact of applying VR technology in nursing clinical training on students'theoretical practice level,clinical thinking and decision-making ability,learning initiative,teamwork collab-oration ability,and innovation ability,etc.was studied in this paper,and the main limitations found in the study in-cluded imperfect virtual systems,defects in teaching mechanisms,high configuration requirements,and poor wear-ing comfort of virtual devices,etc.Conclusion The VR clinical training teaching model has become a trend,and this model has a relatively positive application effect on improving the level of clinical practice training for nursing students,but there are still some limitations.Therefore,we need to continuously explore the"combination of fiction and reality"model in practice.However,due to the late start of this field,the lack of literature utilization and aca-demic influence,the research breadth needs to be enriched,and the research depth still needs to be explored,and so some research suggestions were put forward as well.
