Analysis of the research hotspots on risk prediction model in domestic nursing journals
Objective To understand the overall situation of the research field of risk prediction model in domestic nursing journals, and analyze the research development and research hotspots. Methods The related research litera-ture of risk prediction model included in nursing journals from the establishment of China CNKI,VIP,Wanfang da-ta,and China Biomedical Database to July 31st,2023 was searched by computer.NoteExpress software was used to merge and remove duplicates, and the knowledge map of keywords and emergent words was drawed and analyzed by Cite Space 6.1 software. Results A total of 534 articles were included, which were from 25 journals, among which Nursing Research published the most, and'risk factors'in keywords appeared the most frequently. The research fo-cused on the identification and management of risk factors of adverse events such as delirium, hypothermia, and stress injury, and the research population involved patients in intensive care unit and the elderly. The prevention and management of enteral nutrition complications such as enteral nutrition-related diarrhea and catheter-related compli-cations such as catheter-related bloodstream infection are the research trends in recent years. Conclusion In recent years, the number of risk prediction model articles published in nursing journals increased significantly, and in the future,it is necessary to further improve the research design, improve the existing model verification and modify it,in order to establish a scientific, accurate, and high-quality risk prediction model,so as to provide the targeted care for patients.
