Objective To construct a dyadic coping(DC)intervention program for patients with spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods Using the systemic-transactional model(STM)as the theoretical framework, the preliminary draft of the intervention plan was constructed by using the literature research method and structured interviews method. The Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of expert consultations, and the program was modified according to the expert consultation opinions to form the final draft of the intervention program. Results Two rounds of Delphi consultations were conducted among 17 experts, and the return rates of the questionnaire were 85%and 100%,re-spectively.The expert authority coefficient was 0.885.After 2 rounds of expert consultation, the coefficient of vari-ation of each item were from 0 to 0.180,and Kendall's coefficient was 0.201,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Finally,a DC intervention program for SCI patients was formed. Conclusion The DC intervention pro-gram for patients with SCI constructed in this study is scientific, reliable, and practical, which can provide a refer-ence for SCI patients and their spouses to positively cope with the disease.
