Objective To evaluate the application effect of shared outpatient management mode in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 94 patients with RA were selected from February to June 2023 in the joint medicine outpatient department of Shanghai Guanghua Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,and were randomly divided into the observation group and thecontrol group.The observation group used shared outpatient management mode,and the control group only used routine outpatient care.The differences of dis-ease knowledge,self-efficacy,and depression level were compared between 2 groups before and after the experi-ment.Results After 3 months,the scores of disease knowledge and self-efficacy of the experimental group were high-er than those of the control group(P<0.001),and the level of depression was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001),with the statistically significant differences.Conclusion The application of shared outpatient management mode can effectively improve the disease knowledge level and self-efficacy of patients with RA,and alleviate the de-pression of patients.
