中医护理门诊出诊护士岗位胜任力模型的构建

目的 构建中医护理门诊出诊护士岗位胜任力模型。方法 以"胜任力冰山理论模型"为理论框架,于2023年2-6月,通过文献回顾法、质性研究法、德尔菲专家函询法及层次分析法,筛选指标并确定指标权重,构建中医护理门诊出诊护士岗位胜任力模型。结果 2轮函询中,问卷回收率分别为100%、92。31%,专家的权威系数分别为0。898、0。902,协调系数分别为0。323、0。357,经x2检验,P<0。001,差异均有统计学意义。最终确定的中医护理门诊出诊护士岗位胜任力模型包括6项一级指标,15项二级指标和50项三级指标。结论 构建的中医护理门诊出诊护士岗位胜任力模型具有较高的可靠性,为规范化培训中医护理门诊出诊护士提供可量化的依据。
Establishment of post competency model for visiting nurses in traditional Chinese medicine nursing clinic
Objective To establish the post competency model of visiting nurses in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing outpatient clinic.Methods Based on the"competency iceberg theory model"as the theoretical frame-work,indicators were screened and their weights were determined by literature review,qualitative research,Delphi expert letter consultation,and analytic hierarchy process,and the post competency model of visiting nurses in TCM nursing outpatient clinic was constructed from February to June 2023.Results In 2 rounds of correspondence,the rates of questionnaire recovery were 100%and 92.31%,the authority coefficients of experts were 0.898 and 0.902,and the coordination coefficients were 0.323 and 0.357,respectively.The Chi-square test showed P values was<0.001,with a statistically significant difference.The final competency model of outpatient visiting nurses of TCM nursing included 6 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 50 third-level indicators.Conclusion The es-tablished post competency model of visiting nurses in TCM nursing outpatient department has high reliability and provides quantifiable basis for standardized training of visiting nurses in TCM nursing outpatient department.
