As the largest number of professionals in the field of medical and health care,nurses played an im-portant role in the development of"Healthy China".With the increasing aging of the population in our country,the shortage of nursing staff was becoming increasingly prominent,and the work pressure of clinical nurses was also in-creasing,which seriously affected their physical and mental health and the quality of nursing work.The psychosocial safety climate(PSC)could provide caregivers with various resources,alleviate the damage caused by high-stress work to their mental health,so as to help improve the level of work engagement of caregivers.This paper reviewed the concept,related theories,assessment tools,outcome variables,and interventions of nurses'PSC,and puts for-ward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,so as to provide a basis for exploring the construction of sys-tematic intervention programs,improve the level of nurses'PSC and promote the construction and development of nursing teams.
