In the context of the rapid development of medical and health services,organizational change was in-evitable and essential.As an important part of the healthcare system,organizational change and continuous quality improvement are key factors to ensure patient safety and improve work efficiency.However,in the midst of rapid and sustained change,change fatigue could be the key to the success of organizational change.This article reviewed the concept,influencing factors,evaluation tools,impact of change fatigue,and mitigation strategies of change fa-tigue,in order to provide a reference for nursing managers to identify change fatigue among nurses,optimize change programs,and carry out continuous quality improvement.
