Consistency analysis of EORTC QLQ-C30 and FACT-Lym scale in the quality of life evaluation of patients with lymphoma in China

目的 评估欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生活质量核心量表(European organization for research and treat-ment of cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30,EORTC QLQ-C30)和淋巴瘤患者生命质量测定量表(functional assessment of cancer therapy-lymphoma,FACT-Lym)在国内淋巴瘤患者中的适用性,并对2个量表进行一致性分析.方法 选取2021年12月-2022年6月广东省某三级甲等医院305例经病理确诊后处于治疗阶段的淋巴瘤患者作为研究对象,采用上述2个量表调查受试对象健康相关生活质量(health-related quality of life,HRQoL),评估2个量表的集中趋势、内部一致性信度、聚合效度,通过Spearman相关检验2个量表的关联性.结果 EORTC QLQ-C30集中趋势较差,FACT-Lym集中趋势良好.除EORTC QLQ-C30量表中认知功能领域,2个量表其余领域的Cronbach's α系数＞0.70即信度良好,平均方差提取值＞0.36且组合信度＞0.70即聚合效度良好.2个量表整体间存在显著的相关性(r＞0.50),但对应领域间关联性一般,其中社会领域及功能领域对应相关性较弱(r＜0.50).结论 EORTC QLQ-C30和FACT-Lym量表均是评估国内淋巴瘤患者HRQoL的有效工具,2者评估角度不同,不可互相替代.EORTC QLQ-C30量表集中趋势有待进一步优化,对于患者认知功能领域的评估不宜采纳该量表结果.
Objective To evaluate the applicability of the European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)and the functional assessment of cancer therapy-lym-phoma(FACT-Lym)in lymphoma patients in China,and to analyze the consistency of 2 scales.Methods A total of 305 lymphoma patients in the treatment stage after pathological diagnosis in a tertiary grade a hospital in Guangdong province from December 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and their health-related quality of life(HRQoL)was investigated with the above 2 scales.The concentration trend,internal consistency reliability,and aggregate validity of 2 scales were evaluated,and the correlation between 2 scales was tested by Spearman corre-lation.Results The central trend of EORTC QLQ-C30 was poor,and the central trend of FACT-Lym was good.In addition to the cognitive function domain in the EORTC QLQ-C30 scale,Cronbach's α＞0.70 in the other domains of 2 scales meansed good reliability,and the average variance extracted value＞0.36 and the composite reliability＞0.70 meansed good aggregate validity.There was a significant correlation between 2 scales as a whole(r＞0.50),but the correlation between the corresponding domains was general,and the correlation between the social domain and the functional domain was weak(r＜0.50).Conclusion EORTC QLQ-C30 and FACT-Lym scales are both effec-tive tools to evaluate HRQoL in lymphoma patients in China,and they have different evaluation angles and cannot be replaced each other.The centralized trend of EORTC QLQ-C30 scale needs to be further optimized,and the results of this scale should not be adopted for the evaluation of patients cognitive function.
