Rehabilitation nursing intervention of Parkinsons disease patients based on health system model
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention program based on health system model in improving the quality of life and relieving symptoms of patients with Parkinson disease.Methods A total of 120 patients with Parkinson's disease were selected from Haian People's Hospital from January to December 2023 and randomly divided into intervention group 60 cases and control group 60 cases according to random number table method.The control group received usual care,and the intervention group used a rehabilitation care intervention based on the health system model.The cognitive ability,motor symptom,psychological status,and quality of life between 2 groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of the Montreal cognitive as-sessment scale in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of motor symptom and balance ability in the intervention group were lower than those in the con-trol group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of psychological status and quality of life in the inter-vention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing intervention program based on health system model can effectively im-prove the quality of life and alleviate symptoms of Parkinson's disease patients,so as to provide an effective nursing intervention strategy for clinical reference.
