Objective To summarize the nursing experiences of 3 postoperative laryngeal transplant patients.Methods Essentials for nursing care included that timely and accurate medication administration,monitoring of blood drug concentrations,prevention of rejection reactions,provision of psychological care,enhancement of patient treat-ment compliance,emphasis on nutritional support,establishment of a multidisciplinary nutritional management team,prevention of pulmonary infections,and implementation of pulmonary function,swallowing function,and voice training.Results Through the implementation of nursing procedure,all 3 laryngeal transplant patients were successfully discharged.Conclusion The practice of comprehensive nursing process can provide an important guaran-tee for the rehabilitation of laryngeal transplant patients and provide a useful reference for the nursing of laryngeal transplant patients in China.
